High performance full-circulation temperature control system conforms to CCC light source classification IEC standards.
TThe light-soaking test for thin-film solar modules is also required to stabilize the electrical characteristics of the thin-film modules.
IEC61646 specifies that each module must be exposed to light soaking test up to 43kW/hr and the module temperature must be controlled at 50℃±10℃. IEC 60904-9 specifies that the light source classification must be at least CCC class.
 
All Real Technology not only conforms to the spectral match, non-uniformity, and temporal instability CCC classification light source requirements but also utilizes the air-cooled full-circulating temperature control system and PID fan control mode to accurately control the temperature to within ±2℃ of the required specification.

Single Module LS1411 can perform a light-soaking test on a single module.
PID fan control mode; cooled water and heat collection cover for effective cooling and temperature control.
Monitoring and logging of raw data from the temperature trend chart and output to USB port for analysis.

If the temperature of the back plate module exceeds 60℃, the system will automatically turn off the lamp to prevent further damage from excessive temperature.

Dual Module LS2214 can perform light-soaking test on dual modules simultaneously.
Walk-in chamber design with automatic internal heat exchange and circulation to effective control the internal temperatures.
Module testing table with 0~5cm adjustable feet. Height of the reference cell can also be adjusted to fit different modules and ensure precision of the measurement.
Thermal camera for monitoring surface evenness of temperature.
